I couldn't say good enough things about this place. I came in for a second opinion regarding a root canal that I needed, they got me in quickly for the x-ray and were very informative about needing one and what the process would be. They asked me how much pain I was in to which I responded that it was at the point it was really beginning to hurt me. They had no availability that weekend, but he was willing to get me in the next morning at 6 am just to be able to do the procedure so I wasn't in any pain. They wound up making some schedule changes but still got me in the next day at 1pm. I had been running late as well a couple of times and they were very understanding and worked with me every single time. Everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and organized! I'll definitely be coming here for all of my dental needs. I have nothing bad to say about Sterling Family & Pediatric Dental. The office is so clean and the staff is so welcoming. They really care about their patients needs as well as wants. I felt very comfortable my entire visit as they did a great job answering all my questions thoroughly throughout my entire procedure and visit. They were able to squeeze me in on the same day I needed service and quickly got me in and out of the office promptly (AND it was on a weekend!!!) This is definitely the best dental experience I have ever had and I will definitely be making this my primary dental office! I had a great experience here for a cleaning and yearly exam. They are right down the street from me so it's super convenient. Everyone was very friendly and I felt well taken care of.
